Reid Davis
As CEO and Founder of Riverpoint Partners, Reid directs the continued growth and vision of the company, while overseeing all aspects of Riverpoint’s real estate investments. He has combined his love of evolving urban landscapes with his development and financial expertise and his vision for strategic development. He excels at spotting potential opportunities and rising market trends and making the most of them for his investors.
His education, experience and energy help him to stay ahead of what’s next and spot where to build, what to build, and how to make it successful for all involved. Prior to founding Riverpoint Partners, he worked for CBRE’s Healthcare Capital Markets team as a financial analyst, and in real estate development in North Carolina focusing on leasing, financial analysis and acquisitions.
Reid received his BS from North Carolina State University, and an MBA and MS in Real Estate & Construction Management from the University of Denver.
Reid is a member of the Urban Land Institute. He is an avid supporter of NC State athletics and lives in Englewood, Colorado with his wife and three children. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and traveling.
