Riverpoint Partners recognized that Denver’s popular Berkeley neighborhood holds great potential for both residents and investors. This area has been undergoing rapid transformation and currently boasts some of the most popular and busy restaurants and shopping in the Denver area.  Taking advantage of the desire to live and work in this area as well as the rising values in the neighborhood, Riverpoint Partners is currently developing a 49 unit Class A apartment complex located at 3860 Tennyson Street.

The design will carefully complement the historic context of Tennyson Street, and also provide residents with a unique experience including beautiful oversized patios on the third and fifth floors facing downtown Denver’s skyline.
